Are your Pokémon products authentic?
Yes. Beam TCG only sells authentic Pokémon TCG products sourced through legitimate retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and other reputable supply channels.
Are your sealed products factory sealed?
Unless a listing specifically says otherwise, sealed products are sold factory sealed. Minor manufacturer imperfections to shrink wrap, cardboard, or outer packaging can occasionally occur.
Where are you located?
Beam TCG is an online retailer based in Kansas.
How quickly do orders ship?
In-stock orders generally ship within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during major releases, holidays, or unusually busy periods.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking will be provided for shipped orders whenever available.
Do you accept returns?
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within the return period listed in our Return & Refund Policy. Opened trading card products generally cannot be returned simply because the desired cards were not pulled.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
Do you offer preorders?
Yes, Beam TCG may offer preorders for upcoming Pokémon TCG products when inventory is expected or confirmed.
Can preorder release dates change?
Yes. Release dates and product availability can change based on manufacturers, distributors, or shipping delays.
Do you restock sold-out products?
When possible. Restocks depend on product availability and supplier inventory. Signing up for store updates is the best way to hear about restocks and new releases.
Do you sell Japanese Pokémon products?
Yes. Beam TCG may carry Japanese Pokémon products along with English releases, depending on availability.
Do you sell singles or graded cards?
Beam TCG may also offer Pokémon singles and graded cards as inventory becomes available.
Do you ship internationally?
At launch, Beam TCG will primarily ship within the United States. International shipping may be added later.
Is Beam TCG affiliated with The Pokémon Company?
No. Beam TCG is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc.
